GunGame5 has been released to public beta.
GunGame5 not only boasts extensive speed improvements, but also extensive customization opportunities!
If you're not familiar with GunGame, it's the most popular gameplay addon for Counter-Strike: Source with around 2,200 servers running it globally. Players race to be the first to kill with every weapon.

We've just released a new version of EventScripts 2.0. It's highly recommended that those using ES2 for Counter-Strike (and pre-Orange Box games) upgrade to this build.
UPDATE: This build is highly recommended to resolve an exploit that's making the rounds. Please upgrade right away.

Just wanted to say "Wow!" and thanks publicly to SuperDave:
As you can see, as of today, he has responded/posted more on the forums than anyone else. He's ousted me from the top spot.
I just wanted to offer thanks for all of the great responses and help he's given in the forums. ~6800 posts is no small feat in such a short time. (Some forums never get 1000 posts period!)
I'm lucky to have an awesome crew of moderators and to have such a helpful community to work with. We have had ~214,000 posts since this forum started over three years ago. Great work, guys, and keep that helpful spirit alive!

I'm opening the Orange Box public beta for Linux to the general public. The build may not be as bug-free as traditional public betas, but some people have been quite desperate since DOD:S started its move to Orange Box.
